The kitchenette is stocked with the essentials to prepare a meal. Guests are welcome to use the fire pit located in the gardens. This space is perfect for one or two people. Free standing Carriage house located on one of Baxter's oldest properties. The main home was built in 1909 and is an original craftsman. The Carriage House is a roomy studio located just North of the main property and sits far enough away to have ultimate privacy. The kitchenette has all the appliances you need to cook a meal. We provide coffee/tea for the duration of your stay. Enjoy relaxing outside and listening to the sound of the fountain while watching the butterflies play in the beautiful gardens. Spend a relaxing evening by the fire pit letting your stress melt away. The Cowtown Carriage House is a quiet peaceful place to get away and rejuvenate. Entire space. Driveway is entirely for guests. Many Route 66 travelers enjoy the secure off street parking for their motorcycles and other amazing antique cars used to travel Historic Route 44. Interaction with hosts is minimal for the most part but we are always available to answer any questions.
