This is a larger home, but offered here as a 1-bedroom, 1-bath option so guests can enjoy the space at a lower rate. You’ll have the entire house to yourself, but must remain within the designated area to avoid additional usage or cleaning fees. Do not request advance weekends, holidays, or peak summer dates. Includes a kitchen, living room, and all essentials for two guests. Additional bedrooms and bathrooms may be added for a fee depending on season and availability. Before checkout: start a load of laundry, run the dishes, and bring trash to the dumpster at 92 Seavey. Smart TVs include free channels and access to your streaming apps (no cable). Guest access For this rental you only have access to 1 bedroom/bathroom on the 1st floor or in the lower level-and no other guests will have access to the house. Please only use the space reserved, no additional guests than on the reservation and if you use other space, you will be charged extra cleaning and guest fees. ALL PETS NEED PRE APPROVAL, NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS, EVENTS, PARKING, NOISE, ETC Other things to note Please follow house rules and good neighbor policy. Check out requires stripping beds, starting laundry, and taking trash to the dumpster next door. Our property doesn’t have charging capabilities for electric vehicles however you may be able to use the outdoor outlet. Please make sure to get our approval prior so we can monitor in case of any issues and the fee will be $15/night. Since we use independent cleaner and maintenance companies that make their own schedule, we cannot guarantee an early check in or late check out. If you wish to request an early or late check in/out, please reach out the day of your arrival or departure. The fee for a 2-hour early check-in is $50, and the same applies for a 2-hour late check-out, if available, to coordinate with the cleaner and maintenance companies to adjust their schedules. We often have same day check in and out, so if you would like to secure an early check in or late check out in advance, it will require us to block and adjust the rate for an additional night.
