Charming cottage in the heart of the vineyards

Nestled in the heart of a preserved natural setting, this 45 m² gîte attached to an old wine house but totally independent, offers an intimate and peaceful atmosphere and welcomes you for a stay under the sign of calm and serenity. Located not far from Lake Salagou, St Guilhem le Désert, Montpellier, Béziers and beaches (30 minutes), it is ideal for outdoor activities and relaxing moments. The space The cottage is fully equipped. The large and bright living room offers two areas; a dining side close to the kitchen and a seating area. A small desk area has also been set up to place a laptop. The independent kitchen offers all the amenities needed to prepare small dishes and simplify everyday life... The bedroom has a double bed of 140 cm x 200 cm. Possibility of a folding extra bed for an additional person. Guest access There is a terrace at the back with sun loungers and a barbecue, as well as a small terrace at the entrance of the apartment, with table and chairs, ideal for having breakfast while listening to the cicadas or for an aperitif while admiring the sunset. Other things to note Two parking spaces are provided right next to the cottage.
