Cozy Cabin (HotTub River Front)

This Cozy Cabin is an open-air floor plan with loft, located on 10 private, riverfront acres overlooking the Snake River. ONLY 7 minutes from the Freeway! The place has a great fishing spot on the river just below. The view of the river is amazing from the cabin and it is such a unique getaway. Has a Hot Tub, fire pit, lots of outdoor seating. Not much light pollution so star gazing is a definite plus out here! Geese, pelicans, eagles, hawks, owls and deer frequent the property. Great ATVing! The space Sleeping quarters: No rooms 2nd Floor: 2 Queen Beds, one is near a window to look at the stars! 1st Floor: 1 King bed 2 Sofa beds with therapeutic mattresses Guest access You can explore all you want on our 10 acre parcel, there is BLM land as near a mile away for all your hunting needs. Also, if you bring your 4 wheelers or motorbikes you can ride right out of our home to very close BLM trails for exploring. There are several local places to rent kayaks, canoes, and rafts. Other things to note Special notes: You can catch trout, bass, sturgeon on the river below or watch kayakers & rafters floatingthe river. *ALL GUESTS MUST BE COUNTED FOR IN THE RESERVATION- if you need assistance, let us know and we can adjust it from our side. Fees will be applied after a certain amount of guests. Absolutly NO PARTIES. Any EVENTS must be approved and discussed in advance and an additional fee will be applied. ANIMALS: Pet fee must be applied regardless of the type of pet. No smoking in the house.
