The Woodshed is a self contained guesthouse that is situated in a paddock behind our main house and in the heart of the glorious Dorset countryside, perfect for holidays and short breaks. A lovely one double bedroom property with secure private parking and a decking area with outdoor seating and stunning views of the Frome valley. Surrounded by rolling hills and close to some of Dorset's most treasured landmarks, this is a place to truly escape and relax. *NO PETS The space The lounge, which opens up onto the decking, has a faux wood fire and a small dining area as well as a selection of books to enjoy during your stay. There is a 32” smart television with Freeview and WiFi throughout. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances - electric oven and hobs, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and cafetière. The bathroom has a shower and basic toiletries supplied. The double bedroom opens up onto views of country fields. It has a double bed, a gorgeous barn door and modern interior. If you are bringing an infant, you must supply your own cot. Enjoy half a dozen fresh eggs from our chickens as well as homemade jam from our cherry trees. We supply tea, coffee, milk and breakfast cereal too. All complimentary. Guest access Guests will be able to access all of the accommodation. Other things to note The Woodshed backs onto a (secured) local railway line. This is not a busy line and the last train is usually at 11pm. To access The Woodshed you have to drive past our house and three of our neighbouring properties. One of the neighbours properties is a working riding stables.
