It’s spacious front yard with lounges and sunshades, surrounded by beautiful stone walls, provides full privacy. The living room and the kitchen connect to the walled exterior by large sliding doors, making it more than 120 square meters of the open space, ideal for the open-air way of life. While located in the quiet neighborhood, Villa Nika is just a few steps away from the city center with shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and a beautiful family friendly pebble beach.
