Minutes walk to multiple bus links to in and around central London, including a short trip to Brixton tube station which is on the Victoria line, St George’s hospital in Tooting is also close by with bus links also to Crystal Palace and Croydon. Minutes walk to various restaurants, pubs cinema and health clubs. The property is on a quiet residential road and is well maintained and newly decorated. The space Newly decorated large room in well maintained house sharing a well equipped kitchen with washing machine, and bathroom. Guest access Access to a well equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge, microwave and all plates cutlery, pots etc. Maintenance cleaning to communal areas is once per week. During your stay Although I don’t share the living space, I am available most of the time to be available to help with any issues, problems, or give advice promptly. Other things to note The communal areas are cleaned once a week including hallway kitchen and bathroom, but has access to hoover iron and ironing board.
