We have 2 guestrooms sharing common kitchen and bathroom + one additonal wc. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a small balcony. The breakfast is optional (+14,- CHF per person). You have access to the big garden with pavillon, BBQ and small pond. Parking space is available. The space Owners Natalia and Philippe welcome you to their property, which lies in a frame of greenery in the small village of Montbrelloz. Being in the middle of the south bank of the lake of Neuchâtel, you can take advantage of the well known summer festival of the nearby small, mediaval town of Estavayer-le-Lac, as well as visit all the picturesque small cities and villages in the surrounding area. We will introduce you to the charm of the region and can recommend places to visit in order to discover all facets of the Broyard area. Cyclists and walkers will especially enjoy discovering the nearby sites. You benefit of an independent entrance and parking space. At your disposal are a fully equipped kitchen with balcony for the breakfast, a lounge-room, a garden-pavilion, a barbecue and a big garden with a pond. As well, you can take advantage of our on-site beauty salon. Natalia is a licensed cosmetician and graduated facial reflexologist and can oversee your beauty needs. The entire apartment has been assesed by the Swiss National Tourist Office as a 4 stars ***** accommodation (means if both rooms are booked together). The rooms booked individually have been assessed with 3.5 stars Prices: 110 CHF per night for a couple. The 2 rooms are sharing the kitchen and the bathroom. The regional sojourn tax of 1.45 CHF per night per person over 15 years old will be charged separately. Child from 6 to 17 YO additional 25 CHF per night. Optional Breakfast at 14 CHF per person.
