Villa Tilleul with heated pool, tennis, mini-golf

Spending a few days in Villa Tilleul will be an unforgettable experience ! You'll be able to enjoy all the activities of Domaine Nyons Saint-Rimbert : swimming-pool, tennis, mini-golf, petanque, a beautiful park of fruit and olive trees, in the astonishing natural surrounding of the Drome Provençale. This cottage can settle up to 7 persons, in 2 bedrooms and a sofa-bed. And there are only 2 other smaller villas in the park ! Ideal to discover the beautiful Provence, and its "art de vivre" ! The space Villa Tilleul is detached and fully equipped. It measures approximately 120 m². On the ground floor, a large living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a large sitting area with a sofa bed, a Pleyel piano, a television, two armchairs, and more. A double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet are adjacent. The separate laundry room includes a washing machine and dryer, as well as ironing facilities. Upstairs, the large bedroom sleeps three (one single and one double, or three singles), a shower room, and a separate toilet, which also boasts magnificent views on two sides! A crib can easily be added to this room. Outside, a barbecue and tables, chairs, a parasol, and deckchairs will allow you to enjoy the beautiful weather! Shared with potential guests of the other two villas: The 5m x 15m swimming pool is sheltered under a bubble at night, and protected on the periphery by a barrier with two secure access gates. It is heated from Easter to November 11th, weather permitting. The tennis court is at your disposal in the center of the park. It has a practice wall and an umpire's chair. It is lit at night. The mini-golf course has 9 challenging holes to entertain young and old alike. It is also lit at night. A beautiful pétanque court adjoins the tennis court, in the shade of large acacia trees. A large trampoline is available in the middle of the park, with safety nets. A net allows for great games of badminton or volleyball. The ping-pong table is generally in the shade of large poplar trees. A swing and games for children are located near the central area, making them easier to supervise. Equipment for all these activities is available in the common room. Peace and beautiful mountains await you at only 3 km from the busy touristic little town of Nyons in the middle of a famous Natural Park. Also lots of other activities around : cycling, climbing, ... and tasting ! .... Guest access Our hosts have full access to all facilities on the estate, to the 4-hectare park, planted with various fruit trees, the large swimming pool, the tennis court, the mini-golf, the pétanque court lit at night, the communal dining room-kitchen and all its facilities, as well as board games, books,... Other things to note In summer, we prioritize group rentals that privatize the Domaine Nyons Saint-Rimbert. Weekly rentals are from Sunday to Sunday to avoid the major Saturday traffic jams. Contact us for different terms and conditions. Weekends begin on Friday evening and end on Sunday around 2 pm. Outside of July and August, the estate is available for weekend or midweek stays.
