Enjoy a peaceful stay at this apartment of 60 m², located in a private and gated property in Le Pouzin (Ardèche). Ideal for a couple, a family or friends, the apartment offers a covered terrace for your meals and leisure time, as well as access to the pool from 6/15 to 9/15 from 10 am to 7 pm. Even though we live next door, this will give you more freedom to check in even if we are not there. Check-out is 11am at the latest. An early check-in request is possible if it is requested at least 48 hours in advance and we are able to accommodate it (request must be made). However, there is a €20 fee to be paid by bank transfer in advance for an arrival no earlier than 3:00 pm. We accept one pet per accommodation. It must be included in the reservation, and it must be kept on a leash except in exceptional cases. Very lively, they tend to rush to the fence barking as soon as they see someone, and they quickly train each other. This can be impressive, even scary at first, but rest assured: they are very gentle dogs; they just don't know how to present themselves calmly. We also ask that you not bring your own pet to the pool: it is strictly forbidden for animals. We're waiting for you Guest access We are located outside the village of Pouzin, in a fairly isolated house, with no neighbors nearby, on the plain side of the village, close to the ViaRhona, the village is 3 minutes by car and 10 to 15 minutes on foot (You will find the shops necessary for everyday life such as, bakery, bank, Intermarché, gas station and even tobacco press...). For parking there are two private parking spaces, assigned to this accommodation. The parking lot and the outside entrance of the property are under camera surveillance. The bicycles are safe on the terrace of the accommodation, as the property is closed and the closed gate is more than 100 meters from the accommodation. Other things to note Enclosed parking for up to two cars per listing. Bikes will be safe in the property and they will have to stay on the terrace, especially no bikes inside the unit. A SINGLE pet IS allowed with an additional charge, it must be indicated at the time of booking as the number of people. Not allowed at the pool. In summer pool is unattended, children must be accompanied up to 13 years old and all must respect the rules. Do not: RUN, SHOUT, JUMP for the comfort of all. The accommodation is non-smoking, it is important to respect to avoid odor disturbances. Before your departure, you will be asked to take out your garbage, and your dishes must be done and put away.
