Perfect for a couple on vacation or a professional looking for calm, greenery and their own garden! Our family pool, not overlooked, to be shared with another studio (2 other guests) and ourselves, awaits you at any time (summer period). The 18 m2 studio is located close to the Cévennes hinterland, 40 minutes from the beaches and 30 minutes from Montpellier Centre. Vehicle essential! The space It is located in a residential area in the middle of a pine forest, with stunning views of Pic St. Loup and Mount Hortus, all just 10 minutes from Montpellier and 40 minutes from the beaches of Palavas, Carnon or La Grande-Motte. You can also discover the Cévennes, wine cellars, Étang de Thau or, due to the proximity to the Camargue, visit the Ste Marie de la Mer or Aigues Mortes on foot, by bike or by car. You'll be spoiled for choice! The common area includes an 80 m² terrace with deckchairs available, garden furniture, swimming pool, all in the sun, in the shade of the trees or sheltered by a pergola. Access to your accommodation will be through a separate entrance. Other things to note We welcome our guests from 2pm to 10pm (please let us know the schedule the day before). However, we have set up self check-in in case we are not available during this time slot or if you wish to arrive after 10pm.
