We have Adirondack Reclining Chairs on 3 acres of property. The home is quiet & Peaceful next to Dry Brook surrounded by The Catskill Mountains. Cert. STR-23-24 The space The house is completely cleaned and ready for your arrival and you have the whole place to yourselves. All you need is food, drink and firewood that can be purchased in Boiceville 4 miles from the house. Guest access We use a lock box between the Screen door and front door which holds the key to access the house. An e-mail is sent the day before your arrival to update the access code for the lock box and internet information. Other things to note You can fish, hike, ride bikes, walk along the Reservoir dam, walk or ride bikes along the New Rail Trail or visit the Town Park with Pool and Playground. The park with the pavilion is available for rent for large parties about 1 mile from the house. There is also Marty's general store also one mile from the house or just sit by the stream and relax. There are tennis rackets and fishing poles in the closet under the stairs. Will need tennis balls and some other fishing items which can be purchased at Olives in Shokan as you are on your way to the house.
