A modern home full of light. Relax in this quiet oasis in the centre of trendy East London. Hackney and Shoreditch bars, restaurants, nightlife on your doorstep. Enjoy the balcony overlooking the canal or enjoy socialising in the open-plan living area. The space The flat is very much my home and I’ve made it a peaceful retreat where you can relax sitting on the balcony overlooking East London's famous canal. Stroll straight out along the canal for brunch spots, markets and people watching or wander into Shoreditch for trendy nightlife. It’s a short 30 minute bus ride into the City of London for the sights. The flat isn't suitable for children because the balcony and master bedroom window open right over the canal. I also have a dog so while I will have cleaned thoroughly before you arrive - this might not be the place for you if you’re allergic. Guest access You'll have the whole flat to yourselves. I'll have put my things away in cupboards so please leave those things be. Other things to note I am trying to consider the environment in my everyday life. You might like to know that: -The electricity used in the flat is 100% renewable. -Recycling is made easy for you with a recycling bin and a food waste bin which is turned into compost. -Shampoo, conditioner, soap and washing up liquid at the flat is either plastic free or refilled locally. -The toilet roll is recycled and supports the building of toilets where they’re needed abroad.
