Two adults live upstairs and have no kids. The space It is about a 20 minute drive to IKON resorts Alta/Snowbird and about 40 minute drive to Brighton/Solitude. The ski bus to Alta/Snowbird is about a 12 minute walk. Brighton/Solitude has 1 bus transfer. Park city is about 45 minutes away and SnowBasin is 1 hour. The in-law apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed, a remodeled bathroom with granite shower, a small living/dining area, and tiny kitchenette. It has a mini fridge, microwave, portable electric single burner, tiny toaster oven, small sink, and drip coffee maker. There’s a smart T.V. for logging into your streaming accounts and WiFi is included. There is no separate thermostat or oven in the space. Included are bed linens, blankets towels, soap, and paper/plastic items. Long-term stay guests are responsible for replenishing their own disposable items they will need like paper and plastic products. Air BNB categorized the listing as on a “golf course” but it’s not. It’s close to the ski resorts and is in a fantastic location for skiing and snowboarding.
