Park House is a very spacious extended self catering crofters cottage in the small settlement of Dunan 5 miles north of Bradford. It commands an amazing outlook over the Isle of Scalpay to the north, the Isle of Raasay to the northwest and to the east views of the mainland. All the bedrooms, the lounge kitchen and dining area have stunning sea and mountain views. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs one double bedroom and one twin. There is also a toilet. There is a large double bedroom downstairs. The space Park House is situated in a semi-rural and private location with a mature garden. It will comfortably accommodate 6 people and boasts quality bedding mattresses and towels throughout... and amazing views. Other things to note The house has a large utility area which contains adequate coat hanging and drying areas for outdoor clothing and washing, a washing machine, dryer and sink. There is adequate parking for three cars. One basket of logs is provided. No smoking in the house please.
