Broomfield Bothy with Sauna!

Bespoke renovated bothy with high-end, luxurious facilities. Wet room and sauna. Underfloor heating in shower and living area. Wood burning stove. Centrally heated bedrooms with with Egyptian linen and quality mattresses. Downstairs bedroom has french doors leading out to the deck and garden. Kitchen boasts dishwasher, Bosch oven, hob, washing machine and granite worktops. Outside deck with stunning views from own private garden. Gate access to footpath leading to village. The space Our guests have their own private garden but are also welcome to explore the hosts whole garden of around 1/2 acre, kids are welcome to use the trampoline and swings provided at their supervisors own risk. The bothy itself is self contained exclusively for the guest. Guest access The guests are welcome to coma and go as they please and there is access from the road and also a walk from the village and Spey river directly from a footpath from the back garden gate. Other things to note There is room in the garage to put bikes out of sight. There is a fire-stick with free Netflix, Prime and catch up TV. The internet is pretty good and we haven’t had any complaints but on rare occasions it may drop out. The Bothy is run from renewable heating and the electricity is on a renewable energy tariff to help play our part in keeping the world green. The Bothy is located off the A95 as seen from photo on listing , as such traffic can be heard but we have done our best to soundproof the interior of the Bothy with soundboard insulation and double glazing.
