In the Indre Valley, between Tours and Loches, in a quiet and bucolic hamlet by the river, a small cottage for 2 people with an independent entrance on the ground floor of our Art Deco villa (we live upstairs), with terrace and garden + pool access (shared with the owner according to time slots) open from mid-May to mid-September + TV in the living room and bedroom with Netflix access. PS: This furnished accommodation is not specifically equipped to accommodate people with disabilities The space The cottage is located on the ground floor (with independent entrance overlooking the south garden reserved for you) of the house inhabited by the owners. Access to the property by common gate. Free street parking in front of the house. No pets allowed. Ideal for 2 people (23 m2) with a single bed (140 x 190 cm), the size of the cottage is not suitable for couples with babies. Optional bed linens and towels, on request: €20 to be paid on site (sizes indicated below). Cleaning included. However, please empty your garbage cans, clean and put away your dishes, and put back the furniture in its place if moved.
