Pretty Cottage & Private Garden Dulverton, Exmoor

Woodleigh is a pretty, comfortable cottage, in its own quiet, beautiful private garden just a few mintues' walk from Dulverton's shops, awarding-winning restaurants and pubs. With a large log fire, wooden beams and located inside Exmoor National Park, it's the perfect base to explore the beautiful scenery and wildlife, or just relax. There's free, off-street parking. During June, July and August, there is access to an outdoor pool, with deck, sunloungers and dining table. The space Woodleigh welcomes guests visiting Exmoor all year round. Enjoy this historic cosy cottage with a gorgeous private garden. It's a fantastic base to explore the picturesque town of Dulverton and experience the beauty of the Exmoor National Park and its famous moors, rivers, coastline and ponies. Upstairs, Woodleigh has two comfortable bedrooms - one romantic double and a second bedroom with two single beds. Both rooms overlook the cottage garden. There is also a pretty bathroom with handheld shower. Downstairs you'll find a cosy living room with log burner, a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and separate laundry room. The patio is a great place to enjoy the the colourful garden over breakfast, lunch or with a relaxing evening drink. The south-facing garden and patio, which is a sun trap during the Summer, includes a garden table, parasol and chairs. There is secure, free off street parking for guests' cars and room to store bikes etc. Woodleigh makes an ideal location for a secluded romantic break for couples or time away with family and friends. A great base to experience the amazing local foodie scene and the best possible place to relax after a day's walking, cycling or riding. In June, July and August guests also have access to the outdoor swimming pool, which is heated to about 22C (72 F). Woodleigh and Dulverton are both very dog-friendly. We are happy to welcome one or two small-medium sized dogs. If you love the country, you'll love Woodleigh, Dulverton and Exmoor. Guest access Guests have access to the whole cottage and its private, South-facing garden which is a sun trap during the Summer. A garden table, parasol, chairs and sun loungers are provided. There is secure, free off street parking for guests' cars. In June, July and August, guests also have access to the outdoor pool. Other things to note Dogs are very welcome as there are many beautiful walks for them to enjoy. There is a charge of £20 per dog. One basket of logs is provided on arrival. Logs are available from the log store for £10.00 per additional basket.
