A totally private country villa with its own pool. There is a big terraced garden where you can relax in the shade of the fruit trees while looking out over vineyards towards the Mediterranean Sea on the horizon. Great for families, friends, and anyone wanting more than just a beach holiday. It's only an hour to Barcelona, the World UNESCO City of Tarragona is just 40 mins away and it's a short drive to superb beaches. Plus lots of local towns and villages to explore. The space THE HOUSE This Spanish Country Villa is a beautiful hilltop home in an area with lots to see and do, making it the perfect base for your family holiday. Here are some details about our home: - Surrounded by a large well-kept garden, not overlooked by any other properties means you have total privacy. - 3 good sized bedrooms. - Large living space, with a good internet connection. The TV also has Netflix for you to enjoy. There is a bluetooth loudspeaker tower for playing your favourite sounds. - Games room, with table football, mini-pool, darts and plenty of board games. Also, we have a selection of beach equipment for you to use - Your own pool, outdoor eating area, grassy area for sunbathing with sunbeds and umbrellas, boules area. - Jan and Sonia are an artist and architect and have decorated the house in their tasteful unique style. - Outside eating area and large indoor dining table. - If you arrive late we have a Key Safe for self-check-in. - We supply towels and bedding. - Washing machine and outdoor drying area. - Baby crib, gate, and high chair are available on request. THE KITCHEN AND COOKING - There is a large fully equipped kitchen. - Two fridges and freezer for those cool drinks. - Tabletop oven and separate microwave. - Coffee making; French Press, Mokka Pot and Nespresso Machine - Kettle, Tea Pot, toaster, juicer. - Full-size dishwasher. - BBQ. - Outdoor butane paella cooker and paella pans. - We will supply you with the basics; Teas, Coffee, Olive oil etc... - And you are welcome to enjoy eating the fruit on the trees! Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the pool and it is not overlooked. There are no shared amenities. This is a question which we are often asked, so this is just a confirmation of your sole use of this entire property. The street is a cul-de-sac and there is rarely any passing traffic. Cars can therefore be left outside the house, and there is a short walk up a fairly steep path to arrive at the front door. We can leave the keys in a keysafe for you, depending on your arrival time. This means that you can opt to check in without even meeting us, if this suits you better. We are always available to help you find the house if there is any doubt, of course. You should be aware that some of the nearby roads have been assumed by SAT-NAV to be accessible: take care to follow routes which do not pass the Carrer del Roure (it may appear if you opt for the 'shortest' route), as this requires a 4x4 vehicle!
