Nice apartment on the second floor of a private house with two bedrooms for 4 adults maximum, 1 living room and 1 bathroom. Guests also have access to a small garden with barbecue for sunny days (private). House located a few minutes' walk from the Loue Valley where you can enjoy the joys of swimming and canoeing. Quick access by the RN83 national road. The space The spacious bedrooms are both composed of a double bed, 160 x 200, a wardrobe and a desk area. One of them also has access to a small balcony. The living room consists of an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, sink, induction stove with hood, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, storage) as well as a lounge area with a sofa and TV. Guests also have access to a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the ground floor, garden furniture with umbrella and barbecue to enjoy the beautiful days. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire apartment as well as the garden and parking space. Other things to note All areas are private. Linens and towels are provided.
