With its 270 m², it comfortably accommodates large families and groups of friends looking for relaxation and conviviality. On the ground floor, share good meals in the 50 m2 dining room open to an equipped kitchen. You also have a large living room with sofa, XXL TV and foosball. A bathroom and two toilets complete this level. The first floor has 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, one bedroom with a double bed and a shower + sink, one with three single beds and two bathrooms with sink. This floor also has a separate shower room with a toilet. The second floor offers 3 other bedrooms: one with three single beds, one with two single beds and finally one with three single beds and a toilet. All beds are made upon arrival so your vacation starts as soon as you walk through the door. To complete, 2 PODs (unusual wooden accommodation) of two bedrooms each are installed in front of the cottage. They consist of 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, i.e. 8 additional beds in total, bringing the total number of beds to 23. The PODs are insulated and heated, they are comfortable even in very cold weather. Outside, a large enclosed park of 2500 m², without any neighbors, awaits you with its century-old linden tree, a swing, a slide and a petanque court — the perfect place for sunny afternoons and friendly evenings. Guest access The cottage is easily found by typing Gîte des beaux souvenirs on GPS applications Other things to note To ensure your vacation starts without worries, the beds will be ready upon arrival and sheets are included in the price. We also provide you with the essentials to start your stay: toilet paper, cleaning products, salt, pepper, oil, tea towels... All you have to do is bring your towels and enjoy the house to the fullest. Flat-rate weekend rate The rate for a weekend is fixed, whether you arrive on Friday or Saturday night. If you arrive on Friday evening, a minimum 2-night booking is required. For Sunday you can leave at a time that suits you outside of school holidays. This organization ensures a clear and fair price for everyone, regardless of your arrival day during the weekends.
