The MilkBarn Guesthouse was originally built in 1940 as a cow milking barn. Fully renovated in 2017 as a guesthouse, it has a full kitchen with all new appliances, heart pine countertops, gorgeous bathroom with a clawfoot tub [please note this tub has a shower hose feature but no walk-in shower] sleeping loft, wifi, tv with dvd and wii, and a cozy living space with electric fireplace console. Updated on the inside with an old Alabama feel. Decorated with framed show posters and art by local artists. Large, fully fenced-in yard with gate. Plenty of parking is available! We love dogs! Very peaceful, yet convenient to charming Auburn and less than 5 minutes from University Staion RV Park. 5 miles from the Auburn University Vet School. Pet Policy: We welcome well-behaved house-trained dogs who are up to date on shots. The Milk Barn yard is fully fenced when the gate is closed, but we ask that dogs not be left outdoors unattended for long periods or outdoors overnight. This is for their safety.
