Description
Enjoy an early morning cup of tea either inside the oak framed sitting room, or outside on the sunny terrace. Listen to the bird song and admire stunning views of the valley and neighbouring farms. Great walks and areas of outstanding natural beauty are on your doorstep as well as places of great historical interest. In the evenings enjoy sundowners in the garden with outdoor table, chairs and fire pit (subject to weather). There are many period houses and a c12 church in the village. The space I have 1 friendly Viszla (dog), 1 cat, 2 ducks, 1 free range hen and 1 friendly cockerel. The ducks laugh at most jokes and the cockerel 🐓 is surprisingly quiet and a very handsome boy! The Coach house is best suited to one or two adults, but infants are very welcome if you bring your own travel cot and equipment. Strictly no smoking or vaping on the premises. Guest access Guests can use the main garden, patio and several sitting areas around the garden. Parking is available on the drive, especially for loading and off loading. I need access to leave at short notice, but if you arrive in two cars, then one can be left on the drive. Parking is otherwise best by the church, just a minute walk away. Or in the small road outside, but the neighbours have quite set slots, so look for a slot at the end of the road after the house.
