Well maintained apartment for 4-5 persons between Cagliari and Pula, 200m from the beach Maddalena Spiaggia in Capoterra. The space You enter through a staircase to the 01st floor, where at the left you will find a bedroom with sleep sofa and a double bedroom (with green cabinet). At the right is the bathroom with shower. Continue right to the standing kitchen (with new oven, gas hob, freezer and fridge). From the kitchen you can reach a sort utility room with sink and dishwasher, a covered and enclosed with windows bakon. The living room is on the other side of the stand-up kitchen with a nice kitchen table, a sofa and wooden staircase to the mezzanine floor with single bed. The apartment has no balcony, but the ground floor we have a nice sunumbrella with table and chairs ... so much space.
