Apartment is bright & airy and enjoys sunlight from morning till evening. Impressive lake views from each room, including from the 2 balconies. Apartment has 4,5 rooms out of which owners are renting 3,5 rooms (105m2). Owners can always use & access the fully separated studio apartment during guest stays. But are generally living elsewhere during the guest occupancy. Offer includes: 1 bedroom, living room, dining room, office & library room, hallway, 1 large bathroom, 2 balconies and 1 designated parking spot in front of the house. Special features: House features a historic entry hallway. Apartment has original charming oiled parquet flooring, decorative ceiling ornaments, hand carved wood paneling at living room and decorative doorways from year 1910. Fully fitted modern kitchen with all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils. Sizable master bathroom with a bathtub, 2 sinks, WC, fitted bathroom closet, including washing machine & tumble dryer tower. Other things to note House Rules: 1. Smoking inside the apartment as well as on its two balconies, is strictly forbidden by the owners. Smoking against the rules will lead to an immidiate eviction, without refund. Tenant will also bear all costs, resulted from reversing the smoke damages. 2. Quiet hours, 10pm - 8am 3. No parties of anykind are allowed in the apartment 4. Host requires an immidiate notice should something break or stain in the apartment. 5. pets are not allowed. 6. 3rd party bookings are not allowed. 7. Shoes should be left in the entry hallway of the apartment. 8. All doors (apartment & house entry doors) need to be locked, prior leaving.
