Ty-Nesa, a holiday cottage near Hay-on-Wye

Ty-Nesa means ‘the next house’ in Welsh. It is a small cottage, approximately 200 years old, located in the hills four miles from Hay-on-Wye. It has stunning views of the Black Mountains and across Herefordshire, with the Malvern Hills visible in the distance on a clear day. The cottage provides the perfect base for exploring Hay-on-Wye and the surrounding area. The space The cottage is ideal for a couple, but can accommodate up to three people. It has a master bedroom with a king-size bed, plus a landing room with a day bed. Downstairs is a living room with a wood-burning stove, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table, and a bathroom. Outside is a garden with a picnic bench and views across the Wye valley towards the Black Mountains. A barbecue is provided. In case you need to work while you’re there, we have recently upgraded the Internet so that there is also a high-speed wireless connection throughout the cottage. There is a 15% weekly discount, although unfortunately we cannot accept stays of longer than 28 days due to Welsh government regulations. The price includes a basket of logs, and more can be bought from the local petrol station or supermarket. If you have any questions, just ask!
