The apartment was completely renovated in 2017 using only natural materials, without the use of paint and toxic or emissive products. Every detail has been designed to provide maximum living comfort. The LPG gas system has been removed, replaced with induction plates. All beds (4) are equipped with memory foam mattresses and hypoallergenic type pillows are available. The sofa bed in the living room can comfortably accommodate 2 other people. The toilet is equipped with all of the accessories and a large two-seater shower. The ample parking can accommodate up to 3 cars Other things to note The residence where the apartment is located is in a privileged position to be able to appreciate the beautiful landscape offered by the Aremogna ski area. For those who love skiing, the slopes are about 15 minutes away by car but you can walk numerous trails that climb to the peaks and the neighboring towns (Pescocost ̀ and Roccaraso). In the summer you can walk about 7km of bike lanes that surround the resort. Less than 1 km away from the apartment there are the thermal baths, a SPA and the stables. The house is equipped with satellite decoding for Sky programs (the card is not included) and a complete Nintendo (WII U) children's games console.
