Its location in a very quiet street allows you to listen to the birds sing and enjoy the garden. The swimming pool, accessible from June to September, is located opposite the fields. The house is made up of three independent entities (2 apartments and a studio) all equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms (only). Each has its own individual entrance. On the ground floor, the Rossini apartment has a spacious and bright kitchen with a dining area. Dining tables and chairs are also available in the lounge and on the outdoor terrace. Two spacious bedrooms, each with an adjoining bathroom (toilet, shower, sink), adjoin the bright and comfortable living room where 2 large doors open onto the garden.
