Family retreat by Monte Clerigo beach

A 10 minute walk downhill to the beach of Monte Clerigo, or a 5 minute drive to the old town of Aljezur, we are located in Urbanizacao do Espartal, a recently built property development complete with well set colorful houses and spectacular vistas. Quiet and private, with panoramic views of the green hills and the river valley, close both to the beach and to the city, the place is perfect for relaxation and enjoyment of nature. The space The apartment features: - 2 full bedrooms with 3 beds total (1 queen, 2 separate beds of standard size); - 3 balconies (1 for each room), inclusive of 1 large balcony with a moderately sized inbuilt grill overlooking the Aljezur valley, balcony furniture, and scenic views; - 2 bathrooms (1 with a shower and toilet, 1 with a bathtub and bidet); - 1 large guest room with a foldable sofa, coffee table, and a dining table; - a large UHD TV with Amazon, Netflix, Rakuten, etc.; - an internet/DAB radio with an abundance of local and world radio stations in any musical genre and/or news/podcasts, etc.; - a full kitchen with all necessary amenities (+mixer, blender) and a choice of a Nescafé coffee machine (capsules) or a drip coffee maker (filters);A small percolator is also available. - Dining area with a large table; - A foldable sofa in the living room accommodating 2 additional guests if so desired; - Satellite internet is not suitable for long video meetings or many devices at the same time. If you plan on working from home, emails and browsing will be without problems, but videoconferencing might be sketchy. Currently the bandwidth is not so great in the area.
