Some overlook the equipped internal courtyard, while others offer a view of the ancient orchard with a covered relaxation area. The high ceilings, made even more evocative by the LED lighting, create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Guests can enjoy kitchenettes equipped with a double induction hob and sink, Wi-Fi, and relaxation areas. In addition, you can rent city bikes and mountain bikes, with maps and road books available to explore the surroundings. The Marina and Archaeological Area of Roca Vecchia is easily accessible on foot or by bike, through a suggestive path that starts from the masseria and leads to Roca Nuova, a 16th-century village. The two-room apartment has a ceiling with a wooden canopy covered with tiles on a trellis and overlooks the courtyard of the farm, restored to its former glory. It is pet-friendly, with a kennel available.
