The “BergamHome Apartment” is located in a central and quiet residential complex, protected and equipped with a concierge right in the center of Bergamo. Completely and recently renovated (end of works December 2017), the apartment, very bright, consists of a large kitchen and living room, two large bedrooms, bathroom, balcony and can accommodate up to 5 people. Air conditioning and high-speed WiFi internet access included in the price. The space The entire apartment is available for guests' use. It is located on the 2nd floor, with a balcony and is also accessible by elevator. The kitchen is complete with an oven, microwave, gas stovetop, refrigerator and freezer; some breakfast items (coffee, tea and sugar) and condiments (oil, vinegar, salt) are available. In the living room there is a sofa (which also becomes a single bed) and a television. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and a desk and closet. The apartment, in addition to central heating, is equipped with air conditioning and high-speed WiFi. Bed sheets, towels, and dish towels included. Fire extinguisher present. Possibility of adding an extra bed for €10 per night. The apartment is suitable for couples, families with children, workers and allows you to discover the wonders of Bergamo and its surroundings, as well as to reach Milan which is located just 50 minutes by train from Bergamo station. Guest access Customers are allowed to use all parts of the apartment. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and please do not make excessive noise, especially at night. Other things to note Copies of all guests' identity documents are made upon arrival, in compliance with the request of the Police Authority as sanctioned by law, and all data are saved in order to ensure maximum security in compliance with Law 196/2003 on the protection of privacy. Guests are kindly asked, to avoid unnecessary waste, to moderate the use of air conditioning and not to maintain an excessive temperature difference between outside and inside. You are also asked to turn off lights and appliances when leaving the apartment. You are also required to keep the accommodation clean, especially the stove and bathroom; at the time of departure, the dishes and plates used must be left clean. The apartment is located in a central residential complex, inhabited by families, which is another reason why tranquility and not excessive noise is required during your stay.
