The apartment is located in a newly built residence in a very quiet area away from city traffic. The center of Vieste is 2 km away, while just 350 m away you will find the magnificent beach of San Lorenzo with a white sand beach and crystal clear water where even your 4-legged friends are welcome! It is the ideal beach house for families who want to enjoy a relaxing stay. The space Large three-room apartment functionally furnished and finely decorated. The apartment is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance and consists of an air-conditioned double bedroom with a wardrobe, bedside tables, and lamps; an air-conditioned triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, an air-conditioned living area with a dining room and a kitchenette and a sofa bed, and finally there is a covered outdoor patio for exclusive use furnished with an outdoor dining table, a wicker sofa, and a hammock. The apartment is equipped with: - bed linen - Bathroom linen (1 shower mat, a face towel, a bidet towel and a shower towel for each guest) - microwave oven - cookware and tableware, dishes and glasses, cutlery, mugs and cups - WiFi (guaranteed only in the outdoor space) - clothes drying rack Guest access Available to guests: - children's play area in the garden with games for the little ones, ping-pong and table football for the older ones, - swimming pool equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and water slide, - multipurpose tennis/soccer field (free for daytime use, paid at night), - barbecue and wood-burning oven for common use, - free washing machines for common use, - free indoor parking. Other things to note - Wi-Fi is only guaranteed in the outdoor areas (veranda) and in the shared spaces (pool), there may be little or no reception inside the apartment. - Air conditioning is available from 06/06 until 09/14 - Coffee maker and grater not available. - Respect the afternoon quiet time from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. - Agree on arrival time. MANDATORY FEES TO BE PAID ON SITE: - TOURIST TAX: € 2.50 per person per day up to a maximum of 10 days (exemptions under 14) to be paid in cash upon arrival.
