Welcome. Our home is great for couples, solo adventurers & business travellers. It is a newly built town house, 3 double bedrooms. A lovely and spacious family house with a double room to rent and when available, additional bedrooms. Most of my bookings tend to come through this listing so if there is no availability showing here, it is still worth messaging me to see if one of the other rooms are free as I do have 2 listings. I also consider an entire house rental if the timing works. The space My home is clean, styled and well looked after. All bedrooms are spacious, with fast wifi & luxurious white company bedding. The room has been designed with comfort as the main focus, enabling you to have a great night's sleep, with a cosy comfortable feel. Please be aware that I have 2 air b&b bedrooms so if you are just renting 1 room the other room maybe taken with other guests too. If you’d like to discuss the option of renting the whole house please do message me for an enquiry. The house is large, with good sized rooms and 2 large living areas with sofas and TV. Which you are welcome to use from time to time. You'll have a large family bathroom with a bath. You will be allowed to use cloakroom downstairs & kitchen. Whilst you're staying, I want you to feel at home, so very happy for you to use the kitchen and living areas. (we'll just arrange a rota timing for cooking) My home has two living areas, both with TVs that are available to be used in the evenings. You will be able to park for free at my property. All luxury white company bedding (including mattress topper) and towels will be provided. 15 min walk to Ebbsfleet Int, trains to St Pancras/Kings Cross London (17 mins). My home is decorated stylishly with plenty of space. I do have a friendly young dog who lives downstairs. Other things to note I have a dog, who lives downstairs, so stairs have a stair gate. The kitchen has a camera to see the dog when out. I would be grateful if you took shoes off to go upstairs and I’m afraid no food or drink upstairs only in kitchen (sorry I know its boring but sadly I've had some disasters with guests).
