Description

The place breathes my contemporary ceramic creation The house was designed in a workshop by architect Simon Himpens with Kinya Maruyama (Japan) and other visual artists. A collective work of art. An emotion to experience! Sleep peacefully in a cube/hanging cabin space or near an overturned boat hull... An original garden plant infusion ceremony is possible. Not accessible for children under 15 or people with limited mobility. The space The exchange with Japan has imbued the place with traditional materials and know-how. Wood, earth and contemporary ceramics (the Syl workshop, by appointment, is right next door) have a privileged place. The exchange, both local and transcultural (Belgian and Senegalese artists have been invited), has forged an atmosphere in the place that is strongly felt as soon as you enter the space! Tania MOURAUD, a contemporary artist, is the godmother. Sensitivity to materials and nature... a large garden, behind your private space, is accessible by appointment with Syl... Guest access entire place Other things to note Please note, the place is not accessible for children, people with reduced mobility, and pets. Registration Details 528456650
