The farmhouse is a five-minute walk from the "Antonio Scontrino" Conservatory. The room is located on the first floor of the farmhouse, is almost square in shape, is very bright and cozy, and is quite spacious. The view is on a flowered lawn, and is equipped with heating and air conditioning. The furnishings are luxurious. A small desk is also available in the room. The space The room is particularly quiet, very spacious, and bright. It overlooks a fantastic garden with English lawn where many roses are planted that emanate a delicate scent. The floor is parquet, the room is well furnished with luxury furniture. The room has a heat pump air conditioning system and radiators for the heating system. Guest access Guests can have the garden and the surrounding spaces where they can find refreshment and relaxation. Parking is inside the property and is free. During your stay We love company and enjoy spending evenings organizing dance music and karaoke. With a modest contribution (€20/30 per person) it is also possible to dine with the owners. During the guests' stay, my wife or I will always be there to meet any of their needs. If requested, at modest prices to be agreed, the owner will be able to transfer guests upon arrival, departure and travel from the accommodation to the public transport stop to neighboring towns.
