The holiday apartment is located in an exclusive front row position on the way to the beach, a 15-minute walk from the sea. An ideal base for surfing beaches on the South and West Algarve, as well as for excursions into the hinterland The space Towards the sea, there is a large terrace with views of the Atlantic, inviting you to enjoy leisurely mornings with coffee in the sun and unforgettable sunsets. On the east side, you will also find a separate, sheltered breakfast area, perfect for your first coffee in the gentle morning light. The open-plan living and kitchen concept with large windows creates a warm, inviting atmosphere full of daylight. Two lovingly furnished bedrooms ensure restful nights: one with a spacious double bed (180 × 200 cm) and one with a French bed (140 × 200 cm). The communal garden with barbecue and seating offers space for long evenings in the open air. Thanks to its well-thought-out design, the apartment stays pleasantly cool in summer; during the winter months, a pellet stove provides cosy warmth. If you need to use the pellet stove, you can easily purchase the required pellets yourself. These are available seasonally in all supermarkets and almost all year round at Brico Marché. To ensure a pleasant and fresh indoor climate, we recommend regular burst ventilation, especially during the winter months. The property is ideal for workations, longer stays and digital nomads, thanks to its reliable 5G internet connection. Free parking is available directly on the premises. Surfers benefit from a rinse basin, secure storage facilities for boards, and the proximity to the popular surfing beaches around Carrapateira. The quiet, low-irritation environment is well suited for allergy sufferers. The accommodation is a non-smoking residence and ideal for couples, adventurers, families as well as for seniors. Additional comfort: Washroom & extras For added convenience, a separate laundry area for shared use is available to you in the garage. This bathroom is shared with the studio apartment on the first floor and is easily accessible from both accommodation units. In addition, an iron, a vacuum cleaner, barbecue tongs and other useful everyday items are available there for shared use. Each residential unit is also equipped with its own clothes drying rack. Beach & outdoor equipment: Beach equipment: Beach towels (yellow), parasol and cooler or, depending on availability, wind protection for the beach are provided. To ensure your journey here is as stress-free as possible, 48 hours before check-in, you will receive detailed directions via Airbnb, along with a guest information booklet containing useful tips.
