Our house is located in a quiet and residential area of Bois-Guillaume, a 20-minute walk from Rouen SNCF train station. Bus lines 11 and 22 are close to the house. The University of Mont-Saint-Aignan, the Vatine business park… the Red Cross… are easily accessible. We are located on the heights, so there is a small climb if you come on foot. A pharmacy, bakery, Carrefour City are nearby. Parking is free on the street. The space The bright and quiet room has direct access to the terrace overlooking the valley. The bed for 1 person is comfortable (140X190), sheets and towels are provided. A desk, shelves, a clothing rack, a luggage rack, an electric kettle are at your disposal. The bathroom and toilets are shared. WIFI is free. Guest access Kitchen: possibility to heat your meals in the microwave. The terrace, the garden: smoking is allowed.
