Enjoy Graz in a new apartment with bright rooms, nice flair and balcony. It´s equipped with new furniture and located in the 4th floor. No Elevator. The city center is in a short 15 min walk distance. The space The apartment is located in an old building of the 19th century, with high rooms built and completely new renovated. Guest access The entire flat is just for you! The apartment will not be shared with me as host or with other guests. Other things to note ★ PARKING: Directly in front of the building there is a short term parking area with a fee (the green zone) from Monday to Friday between 9am and 8pm. The maximum parking time is 5 days and you have to pay 0.8 € per ½ hour or 9 € for the day.
