The cottage is located in a small Burgundian village in the middle of a wooded park next to a small forest with 360° views of nature. Numerous hikes possible by taking the greenway of the canal between Champagne and Burgundy or the paths (along the Vingeanne River) that cross the village. 2 adult bikes are available. For swimming, the Trou d'Argot in Montigny-sur-Vingeanne, the Vingeanne River and the large Lake Villegusien and its nautical base are 20 km from the cottage. The space The chalet consists of a kitchen (gas stove, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, small electric oven) overlooking a living room with TV (no wifi), wood stove and two bedrooms (CH1 bed 140 x 190, CH2 bunk beds + duvets, blankets, pillows // BED LINEN AND TOILETRIES NOT PROVIDED). Also available, high chair and baby cot. The bathroom includes a shower, sink and toilet. Its covered terrace is ideal for breakfasts, meals and other activities such as reading (deckchairs, garden furniture and barbecue provided).
