Large, classic, Tuscan countryhouse spectacularly situated on the hills, halfway between Montespertoli and Certaldo. It is easy to get Florence (45 min.), Siena (50 min.), San Gimignano (30 min.) by car. The house is isolated and surrounded by silence and outstanding nature. The property is completely available to the the client to provide exclusive privacy. Car is a must: both to get to Casa del Masso and to explore the sourroundings. Minimum 6 days of staying. No Air Conditioning. Other things to note One single bed is located downstairs in the living room by the fireplace. About the heating : consumption of LPG exceeding 2% of the tank will be charged as extra. The tank is located in the rear of the building, behind the laurel hedge: it is underground, it suffices to remove the blue plastic top to see LPG gas level indicator.
