- Vacation home for 6 people, 100 m² - Living room with separate dining area - Radio with CD, smart TV - Kitchen with dishwasher, oven - Coffee machine, microwave, kettle - Washing machine -1 x bathroom with toilet and bathtub, 1 x separate shower, 1 x separate toilet - Large sun terrace with garden furniture -1 baby cot (1x wooden bed to put together) - Free Internet access (Wi-Fi) - Access by car, 2 parking spaces available - Pets allowed (max. 1-2 animals, dog bar available) The space The cottage is located on a hillside above Emmetten. The rooms are equipped with rustic, functional and partly traditional furniture. There is an oil oven in the living room that heats the whole house, electric heaters provide additional heat in winter. All in all, the house thus radiates a cozy atmosphere. FYI: The bed sizes are as follows: - Double beds ( 2.00 x 1.80 m) - Single beds (1.90 x 0.90 m) - Sleeping armchair For pet owners: - A dog cabin is located under the terrace. This space is secured by a railing with a gate. For smokers: - Smoking is not allowed in the house, but please outside! Other things to note WE WOULD LIKE TO ASK YOU TO TREAT OUR HOUSE AND THE OBJECTS IN IT WITH CARE AND ATTENTION. PLEASE ALSO CLEAN DIRTY DISHES ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE AND PLACE THEM IN THE CABINETS, THE REFRIGERATOR SHOULD BE CLEAN AND EMPTY. PLEASE DISPOSE OF THE GARBAGE IN THE GARBAGE STATION AT THE BEGINNING OF KOHLTALSTRASSE. THERE IS A COLLECTION STATION! THE HOUSE IS TO BE LEFT SWEPT CLEAN. If this is not the case, we are forced to charge an additional fee of €80.00 as there is an increased cleaning effort that is not included in the price! WE WISH TO PLEASE CONSULT OUR HOUSE AND THE OBJECTS INCLUDING THEREFORE CAREFULLY AND EASILY TO TREAT. PLEASE CLEAN DIRTY DISHES ON THE DEPARTURE DAY AND PLACE IN THE CABINETS, THE REFRIGERATOR SHOULD BE CLEAN AND EMPTY. PLEASE DISPOSE OF THE WASTE IN THE WASTE STATION AT THE BEGINNING OF THE KOHLTALSTRASSE. THERE IS A COLLECTION STATION. THE HOUSE SHOULD BE LEFT IN A REASONABLE CONDITION. If this is not the case, we will be forced to charge an additional fee of €80.00 because it comes to an increased cleaning effort is not included in the price!
