You will appreciate the accommodation for the serenity of the place, the calm. you will have a large living area 70m² very bright, 4000 M² of garden a terrace oriented due East and another due South.The accommodation is close to the abbey of Fontainejean of the 12th century. And during the day you can discover the Colette region, Guedelon (construction of a 13th century castle), the Briaire Canal Bridge, the Mazet sweets in Montargis and the Burgundy region. The space The property is an old forge whose volumes remain. The living room has bay windows on 2 of these dimensions which allows you to be outside. The garden is composed of many different species whether for trees, perennials, roses. If you're too hot, you'll enjoy the terrace above the Aveyron River.
