In the heart of Roscoff, this townhouse overlooking the harbor with its garden is ideally located, in the city center with two parking spaces, offering easy and immediate access to the old port where you will find all the shops, supermarkets, bars, tea rooms and restaurants as well as the pier for the Île de Batz. The Marina (Ferry) is a 15-minute walk away. Several beaches are within walking distance as well. The space This magnificent house with exposed stones typical of northern Brittany lets you enjoy its 1st and 2nd floors. It will be possible to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. As soon as you walk through the front door, you will feel at home here. You can contemplate the views of the harbor and shops. Neutral decoration will bring you peace and wellness. The accommodation revolves around a spacious living room/furnished and fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area is composed of a double bedroom 160 on the 1st floor and a spacious shower room. The 2nd floor lets you enjoy two bedrooms with two 90 cm beds and a bathroom. You can enjoy the exteriors with the beautiful flower garden. It is agreed that upon your departure, the rental will be made clean and tidy in which case a cleaning service will be charged at the rate of €35 per hour. Professional cleaning is carried out after each departure and before each arrival to ensure a nice service. It is sometimes possible depending on the period, schedule, and service, to ask to arrive earlier or stay longer: in this case, the surcharge is to be paid on site and it is prorated to the 24 hours based on the rate and the period. OUTSIDE AMENITIES: All the facilities are made available from April to October, depending on the weather. PARKING NOTE: Two private and secure parking spaces, essential for a quiet stay. Guest access The house is entirely dedicated to you. You can open the gate to park 2 cars and access the garden and the entrance to the house.
