Plaistow Barton Barn (1) is a stunning four bedroom (three ensuite), fully equipped, open plan barn conversion with log burner. One large king / twin bed en-suite bedroom downstairs, two king size en-suite bedrooms upstairs along with a twin. Parking for two cars in front of the barn (more if required). Surrounded by rolling countryside within easy reach of Barnstaple and the lovely beaches of Croyde, Saunton and Woolacombe. Barn 2 (The Engine Room) is next door and shares the back field. The space Plaistow Barton is mentioned in The Domesday Book. Surrounded by rolling countryside the property offers wonderful tranquility and privacy but within easy reach of a wide variety of beaches (including Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton) and countryside activities for all types of holidays. The Barn offers comfortable sleeping and seating for 8 guests. The lounge/dining area has a large log burner (for the cosy colder nights). The barn is accessed by a shared courtyard with parking for two or more cars and a private patio area and shared field / garden. Three bedrooms are accessed by a balconied wooden walkway and offers comfortable sleeping for six with a further two sleeping in the downstairs king / twin bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with washer / dryer, dish washer, microwave etc. Outside is your own patio area leading to a large garden / field suitable for ball games. There is also shared use of the Games Barn with table tennis, pool and darts. The Barn is accessed by a track which can be very bumpy - not suitable for sports cars!!! Dogs are accepted by arrangement for a small charge. Guest access You have your own patio area but generally outdoor areas are shared with Barn 2. Other things to note We have a mile long private track which is bumpy and not suitable for sports cars.
