The property backs onto the grounds of Cardiff Castle and the famous Swalec Stadium Cricket Ground. In the summer you can sit out in the terraced garden and You are also just a pleasant 10 minute walk through the grounds of Cardiff Castle to the Principality Stadium home to Welsh rugby and an abundance of shops and restaurants (including John Lewis and The Ivy) A quick hop on the Aquabus takes you to the coastal activities of the Marina or a show at the Wales Millenium Centre. Equipped with a full size Fridge/Freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine/dryer and coffee machine. The first floor has 3 bedrooms; one king size (splits to twin - advance booking with minimum 48 hours required) and a further two double bedrooms. The bathroom has a large L shaped bath with an additional mixer shower/enclosure. The property has full central heating making for cosy stays in the autumn/winter. Linen is provided including bath towels for each guest. Additional linen is provided for stays of more than one week. Changeover services can also be arranged for stays of more than 1 week if required. 2 Parking spaces can be provided (Please book in advance and note there is a width/height restriction preventing tall vehicle access - check for details). No Hen or Stag type group bookings taken sorry! Guests will have sole use of the property which is a 2 storey 3 bed apartment occupying the back of a large Victorian Semi with private garden and parking I am local and always available for any queries. The house is in the area of Pontcanna which is a select area very close to the city centre and lots of restuarants and pubs nearby. The house is 1km from the train and bus stations - a cab will cost around £7 and the bus around £3 pp. The airport is approx 10 kms and a cab will cost approx £35. Guest access Guests will have full and private access to the whole property.
