The space Casa Baia de "Le Case al Mare" is a charming villa in a panoramic corner of Macari, 5Km from San Vito Lo Capo; it is the right place to relax without sacrificing the pleasure of a fun and emotional holiday. Casa Baia is located inside a residence with entrance reserved for residents; it has outdoor spaces on the front and side of the house. The apartment is spread over two elevations: on the ground floor you enter a bright and airy unique room with kitchen, living room and bathroom. The modular kitchen is comfortable and functional, equipped with everything you need to cook independently thanks to the gas hob with 4 burners and an electric oven. BBQ enthusiasts can use the adjacent outdoor spaces. The room has two glass doors with access to the living and furnished verandas, with magnificent views of the Bay of Santa Margherita. The sofa available to guests can be transformed into a comfortable double bed. On the upper floor of the house there is a double bedroom with balcony with sea view, a bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined if necessary) and window with sea view, a bathroom with shower with large window and exceptional view of the Gulf of Macari. The house is perfect for families or groups of friends who do not want to give up comfort and confidentiality. Guests are provided with: washing machine, TV colour with digital terrestrial, air conditioning, fridge with freezer, minipimer, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, travel cot on request. The apartment has wooden windows with room glass and blackout shutters that guarantee acoustic and thermal insulation. Included in the living room are towels, shower towels, towels, tablecloths, bed linens, cleaning and consumption. To get around, we recommend that you use cars. The house can be occupied in the afternoon after 2pm and is free in the morning by 10am.
