Quiet, at the end of a little hamlet, without traffic, my farmhouse awaits you. It has kept its authenticity and offers a 1950's atmosphere as well as modern comfort, a terrace and a garden. Come and relax in the countryside, surrounded by fields, forests and vineyards. However, you are not isolated since all the amenities are only 3 minutes away. This cottage can be enlarged in order to accommodate up to 10 people (see my add "Nature and Tranquility"). Ideal for holidays with family or friends. The space Fully furnished 3 stars guesthouse located 45 minutes from Bordeaux, 30 minutes from Saint Emilion. The gates of the Perigord (Dordogne) and its gastronomy 15 minutes away, the spa town of Jonzac 45 minutes away and the Atlantic beaches at an hour and a half. The guesthouse has private parking spaces (possibility of closed garage), a terrace and a garden as well as modern comfort and internet fiber. Come and enjoy the hot tub and the pool ! The outdoor spa and the pool are operational from April-May to October (bathrobes are at your diposal). The thick walls made of stones allow the house to stay cool during summer. Sun visors, blackout blinds and mosquito nets complete this comfort. Ashtrays are available outside. During summer, you can harvest vegetables in my garden.
