2-bed MEN ONLY shared dorm room in historic 150 year-old house, centrally located (a walk away from Mt Pilatus and Mt. Sonnenberg station) easily accessible from mainstation Lucerne by bus 1 (15 min.) parking for 15.- chf. we expect you to keep the common areas (bathrooms, toilet, lounge) tidy and clean. we safe on stuff costs and therefore we are able to offer you an affordable and unique place! desinfection provided. wear mask in shared areas. We keep it "Swiss" clean and try to appeal to those who are flexible, appreciate our originality and effort, and above all treat our partly irreplaceable furnishings with respect. The shower is located on the 3rd floor, where there are more rooms (private rooms only). Guest access You can access our urban garden by using the backyard door downstairs You can use our urban garden through the back exit in the basement. Other things to note if you do not appreciate the characteristics of an old house, then please choose another place. The house is old, the bars creak. In wintertime we heat with original wood stoves.
