The space You can look forward to a lovingly furnished, comfortable apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, separate bedroom with double bed and balcony overlooking the backyard. Towels and bed linen are also provided. Thanks to flexible self-check-in, you can arrive at any time. Guest access The apartment is centrally located in Karlsruhe Südstadt, the Karlsruhe city center, popular trendy bars, the city garden and zoo as well as all stores, shopping malls and restaurants are only a few minutes' walk away. The nearest S-Bahn station (Kongresszentrum) is only a 4-minute walk away and takes 5 minutes to Karlsruhe Central Station. Other things to note Please note: Starting July 1, 2025, all accommodations in the city of Karlsruhe will be subject to a city tax, which must be paid upon arrival at the latest (even if some accommodations do not explicitly mention this in their listings). More specifically: From July to December 2025, €3.50 will be charged per guest per night, €4.00 in 2026/2027, and €4.50 from 2028 onwards. This only applies to adults aged 18 and over.
