stone end lodge is tastefully decorated with views across the forest where you can see wildlife frequently deer, on the doorstep is the forest itself with wide spreading walks lakes, mallards pike , visitor attractions in easy reach , local pubs an Indian restaurant and chip shop, well stocked shop, live music locally, heritage attractions, rare wildlife, to name a few there is so much to see and do here with no end of interest. you wont be disappointed Dogs welcome but check with us first The space so many things to do locally, walks, wildlife, heritage center, sport, history, stargazing, live music, mine tours, frequent local events, great pubs and cafes, chip shop and pizza restaurant. free wifi. we are on the edge of the mighty forest, which doubles as our outside space as the lodge has no access to any in the grounds, parking for 1 vehicle, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and shower room, self contained unit separate with your own entrance. the lodge is part of our house but has been sectioned off and soundproofed. we allow 1 small dog on request and must be well behaved most of the fixtures and fittings within the lodge are handmade in oak and solid timber and we don't want them chewed, its a beautiful part of the world and you can really unplug if you let yourself, very little phone signal in the forest itself so perfect for getting away from it all, any further questions please ask.
